Their films were about lots of things: patterns, repetition, beauty, the nature of the universe. They are sometimes hypnotic (boring to some), whimsical, intellectually challenging, funny -- sometimes a combination of several of these elements. Their most famous work is "Powers of Ten." If you haven't seen it, click on the link I just gave you and view it. Better yet, put it in your queue on Netflix and view it under better conditions. After you've seen it (or if you already have), click here and see another take on it -- through the eyes of Homer Simpson.
